My journey into Learning & Development didn’t start in a classroom—it began in public service, supporting election operations and training teams in high-stakes, detail-driven environments. From there, I worked with a multicultural nonprofit, where I developed programs, built community partnerships, and created learning experiences for diverse audiences. These experiences shaped how I approach learning today: practical, people-centered, and adaptable.

I later transitioned into education, where I expanded my work in instructional design, training, and technology integration. I developed programs, supported learning systems, and helped others build confidence in using tools and strategies to improve outcomes. Across every role, I’ve been drawn to the same goal—making learning clear, engaging, and impactful.

I care about Learning & Development because it has the power to unlock potential. I enjoy taking complex ideas and turning them into structured, meaningful experiences that people can apply in real life. Whether I’m designing a course, supporting a system, or working with stakeholders, I focus on creating learning that works.

My background across public service, nonprofit work, and education allows me to bring a unique perspective to every project—blending structure, creativity, and purpose to design experiences that truly make a difference.
